Email [email protected] with your question. For an account issue, use your account’s email address where possible.
Include the app version, your device and iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please leave out passwords, payment-card information and unnecessary health records. If a screenshot would help, hide personal details first.
Find your way around.
The app guide covers schedules, dose logs, inventory, reminders and the library. For a calculation or content concern, describe what you entered and the result you expected without including identifying health information.
Subscriptions and refunds.
Open More → Subscription in PepNote to check access or restore purchases. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription and request an App Store refund through Apple. Deleting the app or your PepNote account does not cancel billing.
Your information.
You can delete your account in the app. For access, correction, a copy of your records, or another privacy request, email the address above. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you; we will never ask for your password.
