Remove your PepNote account and understand what happens to records, subscriptions and Apple Health.

Delete from the app
Open PepNote → More → Account → Delete account. Read the confirmation, then choose Delete account and data. The app needs a working internet connection to complete server deletion. You do not need to email support instead of using this control.
Deletion is intended to be permanent. Review or request a copy of information you need before confirming. If deletion fails, the app shows an error; do not assume the account has been deleted. Retry when connected, or contact support.
What is removed
Successful deletion removes your Supabase authentication account and its active account documents, including synchronized app-entered protocol records, profile, manual weights, preferences, bookmarks and saved conversations. The app then removes account-owned local and recovery files on the device used for deletion.
Signing out, uninstalling the app or canceling a subscription does not perform this deletion. Local copies on other devices and files you exported or shared are not remotely erased; remove those separately. If local cleanup fails after server deletion, follow the error message and contact support if needed.
Cancel billing separately
Deleting a PepNote account does not cancel an Apple subscription. To prevent renewal, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PepNote, or use Apple’s subscription-management page.
You can delete your account without waiting for the subscription to expire. Apple’s transaction records and any legally required billing records are handled separately. Contact Apple to request an App Store refund.
What account deletion does not erase
Source readings in Apple Health remain in Apple Health. Revoke PepNote’s permission there if you no longer want access. Backup copies, security logs and necessary legal or billing records may remain under the retention criteria in the privacy policy.
Information already sent to an AI provider is not automatically recalled or deleted by closing your PepNote account. Provider retention and any training use follow the applicable policies. We can help you make a request, but cannot guarantee removal from trained models.
If you cannot access your account
Email [email protected] from your account’s email address and say you need help deleting it. If you no longer control that address, explain the situation so we can arrange proportionate verification. Never send your password.
Support is also the contact for a data-copy request or questions about retained records. We will explain any verification, legal retention or timing that applies; the in-app deletion option remains the normal route.
