Tracking does not replace care

PepNote is a tracking and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription or a personalized dose recommendation. Recording a compound or showing it in a library does not endorse its use, establish its legality, or show that it is safe or approved for humans.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Do not start, stop, combine, prepare or change a peptide, medicine or dose based on PepNote, its articles or an AI response.

Check every input and conversion

Calculators work from amounts and units you enter. They cannot verify concentration, labeling, ingredients, purity, vial capacity, sterility, compatibility or the suitability of an injection. An arithmetically valid result can still be medically inappropriate.

U-100 syringe units are volume markings, not a medicine’s biological international units. Mass, volume, concentration and scale markings must be checked separately. Rounded displays and estimates are identified where shown; do not infer additional precision.

A reconstitution result describes a calculated final solution volume. It is not a validated instruction for the amount or type of diluent to add. Follow approved product instructions and advice from a qualified professional. A disclaimer does not establish regulatory clearance or approval.

Records and reminders have limits

Logs describe what you recorded. Scheduled, skipped, missed and taken entries must not be treated as interchangeable. Inventory and future supply estimates depend on accurate stock, amounts, dates and corrections.

Notifications can fail or be delayed because of permissions, Focus settings, device conditions or the need to reopen the app. A reminder is a prompt to review your records, not an instruction to take a dose or a substitute for a clinical monitoring system.

Apple Health information depends on the source devices and permissions. PepNote does not independently validate those measurements.

Research and AI can be wrong

Research on peptides may be preliminary, limited to laboratory or animal studies, contradictory or incomplete. Results for one preparation or use do not establish safety or benefit for another. Some compounds discussed may be unapproved for human use.

Articles and illustrations are educational. AI tools may assist in creating content, and chat responses can invent or misinterpret facts and citations. Content is not represented as medically reviewed unless a specific review is stated. Verify important claims against original sources and professional advice.

For urgent help

PepNote, its AI chat and support email are not emergency services and are not monitored for urgent medical needs. If you believe there is an emergency or serious adverse reaction, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Report a content concern

If you notice a calculation problem, incorrect article, unsafe AI response or misleading record, contact [email protected]. Include the app version and steps needed to understand it, without unnecessary personal health details. This notice does not waive your statutory rights or excuse any legal duty PepNote owes you.
